Parents of Littles Meetup is monthly gathering to share the challenges and wins of early parenthood, learn from one another, and build community. All parents and caregivers are welcome. Kid friendly and free! Join us the 2nd Sunday of every month at Daydreamer Coffee in North Portland.

Whether you are healing from your birthing experience, celebrating your birthing experience, or simply still processing, you are welcome here. Sharing our stories and listening to others’ stories are powerful acts, leading to greater insight, new perspectives, and community connection.

Nurture: Postpartum Support Circle is a virtual support group designed for newly postpartum people and those in the early years of parenthood. Covering topics like postpartum mental health and healing, identity after birth, and relationship dynamics, Nurture is meant to encourage community and support you in your transition into parenthood.
Grow: Pregnancy Support Circle
Grow: Pregnancy Support Circle is designed for pregnant folks exploring a shared experience, where you can be curious and ask questions without fear of judgment or unsolicited advice. Covering topics like changing bodies, birth preparation, preparing for baby, and more, this circle will provide support and community during this unique time.

The transition into parenthood is a life-changing event. Bring your community together to honor this transition with a ceremonial day of ritual! Unlike a conventional baby shower, a parent blessing focuses on celebrating you and your journey. We can plan, organize, and facilitate your special day.
